What we do

From shortlist to second nature.

Selection, deployment, integration, and the change-management work that turns a new tool into actual habit.

CRM Implementation

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive — configured for your sales motion, not the demo deck.

ERP & Operations

NetSuite, Odoo, Acumatica and friends — finance, inventory, and ops on one source of truth.

Sales & Marketing Automation

Lead routing, email sequences, pipeline workflows — built so your team trusts the data.

AI Tools at Work

Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise — rolled out with the guardrails, prompts, and training that make them stick.

Integrations & Workflow

Connect your stack with Zapier, Make, n8n, or native APIs so data flows instead of being re-typed.

Adoption & Enablement

Change management, role-based training, and office hours — because adoption isn’t a launch email.

Where we help

The categories we know cold — and the path we run.

Tool categories we cover

Vendor-neutral. We recommend the fit, not the commission.

  • CRM & sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho)
  • ERP & finance (NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica)
  • AI assistants (Claude for Work, Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise)
  • Sales automation (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot Sales)
  • Marketing automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Marketo)
  • Workflow & integration (Zapier, Make, n8n, native APIs)
  • Help desk & service (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
  • Project & ops (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion)

How a rollout actually goes

A short, measurable pilot first — then we widen what works.

  • Discovery — current stack, real workflows, and where time is leaking
  • Selection — a short-list of tools that actually fit, with honest trade-offs
  • Pilot — one team, one workflow, measurable before-and-after
  • Rollout — phased deployment with integrations, SSO, and data migration
  • Adoption — training, playbooks, and office hours until usage sticks
  • Measurement — quarterly reviews of ROI, utilization, and what to retire
Why it pays off

Enabled stack vs. shelfware.

Enabled with OfficeGuardIT

  • Tools your team actually uses every day
  • Integrated stack — one source of truth
  • Faster time-to-value, fewer false starts
  • Vendor neutral — we recommend what fits
  • Adoption coaching included, not extra

DIY rollout

  • Shelfware nobody opens after week three
  • Duplicate data across disconnected silos
  • Months of meetings, no production wins
  • Vendor-led picks that match their commission
  • Training booked separately, billed by the hour
FAQ

Common questions.

What does “technology enablement” actually mean?

We help you pick, deploy, and adopt the business tools — CRM, ERP, automation, AI — that move the needle on productivity and margin. We are vendor-neutral, so the recommendation is the one that fits your team, not the one that pays the highest referral fee.

How is this different from your AI Enablement service?

AI Enablement is focused specifically on putting generative AI to work — Claude, Copilot, custom workflows. Technology Enablement is the broader picture: CRM, ERP, sales and marketing automation, integrations, and the change management that makes any of it stick. AI is one workstream inside it.

Do I have to switch tools to work with you?

No. Most engagements start with what you already own and find the configuration, integration, or training gap that is stopping it from delivering. We only recommend a switch when the math is obvious.

How quickly can we see ROI?

A focused pilot — one team, one workflow — typically delivers a measurable before-and-after in 6 to 12 weeks. Full-stack rollouts run longer, but we structure them so each phase pays for itself.

Who owns the licenses and accounts?

You do. All vendor accounts, billing, and admin ownership stay with you. We work inside your tenants — no lock-in, no reseller markups dressed up as “managed seats.”

Is this included with managed IT?

Selection guidance and lightweight integration work are. Larger rollouts (multi-team CRM deployments, ERP migrations, custom AI workflows) are scoped as projects on top of your managed IT plan.
